The healing power of music is well known, but so too, the healing power of a shared laugh. It is no surprise that watching a Marx Bros film with a friend, does a world of good. So too, sharing lifes absurdities with our favorite author. Thanks for the laughs. I wish I had brought pot.

This is just BRILLIANT and that is intentionally said in very loud all caps. The pictures finished me off with how accurate and BRILLIANT they are. Your depicting of the nauseating wealth of that occasion was BRILLIANT. And the encounter with the valet was BRILLIANT squared. Thank you and this needs to be shared widely.

It must be hard to write absurdist humor in these absurd times but you nailed it once again.

I have felt like I am living between two worlds, neither of which I belong in, for quite some time now. That is one of the reasons I love your writing-I feel like I have found one of my tribe.

Having said that, I’m really curious as to why you attended that wedding in the first place. Professional reasons?

Personal. The worst kind of all.

Since you skipped out early on the wedding, you'll probably never make it to the A-list to get an invite to that first home-I'm sure they noticed ;)

You're welcome to my(one and only) home anytime-although you'll have to park your car yourself.

Those are gorgious images. Yep it's all upside down and inside out! Must be a giant video game because the absurdity level just keeps going up the longer we play.

Nailed it! I usually find AI frightening but your use of it this time, proves it does have a good purpose....comedy.....in the right hands. Agree with every word! Viva la revolution! It needs to come soon.

Many thanks! I wouldn't have noticed the holiday this year.

At least you provided some celebratory laughs for it. :)

>>And hey - there’s more of us than there are of them.

True - but they are organised and we are not .... :/

For now. But there's a reason the 1% are building bunkers, and it's not for the view. They know.

I think it won't change much for the better of the masses.

Maybe intelligent but very selfish (which is probably not so smart in the end).

;) maybe - a past midnight reply might be an indicator of it.
